The Law Office of W.T. Johnson has donated money and online publicity to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas for the month of October.

The Dallas nursing home attorneys plan to donate money to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas each month for the next year to help the nonprofit in its mission to make Dallas a happier, healthier and wealthier city.

“We believe in the mission of the United Way,” said David Crowe, one of the attorneys on the W.T. Johnson team. “They help children graduate high school and find meaningful post-secondary education, which creates lasting change for our area. It is our pleasure to give back to our community by helping this organization.”

The donation comes as part of the attorneys’ initiative to help provide a better quality of life to residents in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by helping selected charities and setting an example of community involvement for other Dallas-area leaders to follow.

Of particular interest to the attorneys is the United Way’s 2020 campaign, which aims to help 60 percent of high school graduates succeed in education after high school, move 250,000 families out of poverty permanently and improve health and quality of life across the region by 2020.
