The attorneys at The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson made a donation to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas for the month of February.

The Dallas lawyers chose to donate to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas in order to help the nonprofit organization continue to provide grants and programs that align with its United 2020 goals, which include preparing 60 percent of high school graduates to succeed in postsecondary education, moving 250,000 individuals permanently out of poverty and improving the health and quality of life in the Dallas area.

Each year, the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas helps more than 740,000 people. As part of its United 2020 goals, each year the organization helps 66,000 people gain access to primary healthcare services, supports more than 10,000 youth by providing academically rich afterschool programs and arranges for more than 14,000 people to find and maintain employment.

“We’re proud to be able to support great nonprofit organizations such as the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas in their mission to help improve our community,” said David Crowe, an attorney on the W.T. Johnson team. “We believe that it is a business’s responsibility to give back to its community, and we encourage other businesses to find local charities to support.”
