The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson chose to make a donation to the Cancer Support Community of North Texas for the month of June.

The donation will help the Cancer Support Community of North Texas continue to fulfill its mission to ensure that all people affected by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community.

In order to carry out its mission the Cancer Support Community of North Texas offers educational programs, support groups, networking groups, workshops, social events, support programs for children and bereavement support to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis, whether that person is a cancer patient, a family member of a patient or a friend of a patient.

“A cancer diagnosis is scary for everyone involved,” said David Crowe, a Dallas attorney on the W.T. Johnson team. “The Cancer Support Community recognizes this and extends their services and support to more than just cancer patients. The organization gives people the opportunity to move forward after a cancer diagnosis.”

The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson donates to five Dallas-area nonprofit organizations each month as part of its community impact strategy. In addition to donating to the Cancer Support Community of North Texas, The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson supports the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Operation Kindness and the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.
