The Law Office of W.T. Johnson has given a donation to Operation Kindness, the oldest and largest no-kill animal shelter in North Texas.

The Dallas personal injury attorneys at the Law Office of W.T. Johnson will give money to Operation Kindness each month for the next year to help the shelter in its mission to care for homeless pets in a no-kill environment until each is adopted into responsible homes.

The shelter has saved 70,000 animals since it was founded in 1976. The shelter cares for an average of 200-250 animals on a day-to-day basis and another 60-80 animals served by Operation Kindness are in foster homes. Each year, Operation Kindness serves more than 3,000 dogs and cats.

“There are a lot of homeless dogs and cats in North Texas,” W.T. Johnson attorney David Crowe said. “And without organizations like Operation Kindness, those animals might never find loving homes. We hope this donation will make a difference for pets in our area.”
