The Grass Outlet has expanded its marketing to provide direct-from-farm sod grass for Dallas.

The sod grass store is now offering high-quality sod grass to the Dallas metropolitan area through its website, which allows customers to view the 10 varieties of grass the store offers and schedule a delivery. The website helps customers choose the best sod grass for their needs by filtering results by factors such as shade tolerance, drought tolerance, fall color retention, spring green up, mowing height and the mowing frequency required by the grass.

The Grass Outlet’s 10 sod grass varieties include St. Augustine varieties, Density Buffalo grass, Zoysia varieties and three different Bermuda grasses.

“We’re proud to be able to offer our high-quality turfgrass to the Dallas metroplex,” said Mike Piwonka, the CEO of The Grass Outlet. “Our products are all grown on our family farm, and they’re a labor of love. Bringing that product to the Dallas area has been a goal for us for a long time, and we can’t wait to help make Dallas more beautiful.”

The Grass Outlet’s website offers customers a sod grass calculator, the Grasstimator, which helps customers determine the number of pallets of sod they’ll need for their project.
