LogicMonitor today announced that DataVox, a Cisco Gold Partner, VAR and managed service provider, has selected LogicMonitor’s cloud-based remote IT monitoring to ensure maximum availability of its Customers IT infrastructure. The addition of DataVox is one of a rapidly growing number of managed service providers opting for LogicMonitor’s highly scalable data center monitoring solution, which allows MSPs to grow their business without having to grow their infrastructure, or technical staff.

The addition of Houston-based DataVox is one of a rapidly growing number of managed service providers opting for LogicMonitor’s highly scalable data center monitoring solution, which allows MSPs to grow their business without having to grow their infrastructure, or technical staff.

DataVox, Houston’s Advanced Technology Partner since 1988, has deployed LogicMonitor to unify monitoring of its core internal infrastructure of Cisco, NetApp, ESX Servers, as well their customer’s heterogeneous equipment, into a single pane of glass.

With LogicMonitor’s hosted architecture, deployment to monitor a customer’s entire infrastructure can be completed in 30 minutes, without having to travel to the customer site. Users then access performance graphs, dashboards, and reports remotely through their own web portal. DataVox engineers are proactively notified of any issues via email or SMS.
