Len is a talented executive with a proven ability to build great global sales organizations

Atomic Labs, Inc., a leading provider of real-time data collection technology announced today that Len Emmick has been appointed Vice President in charge of global sales and partnerships. Mr. Emmick joins Atomic Labs with more than 20 years of executive leadership and sales experience at iPerceptions, Air2Web, Infinium Software and Honeywell, among others. At Atomic Labs, he will lead the company's sales team and drive continued revenue and customer growth for its innovative Pion® platform. Pion lets enterprises tap into their real-time data streams to unlock more value from technologies such as web analytics, customer experience management and application performance monitoring.

"Len is a talented executive with a proven ability to build great global sales organizations," said Michael Dickey, CEO of Atomic Labs. "He has a fire that drives him to win through hard work, and is not afraid of forging new paths with game-changing products. Such a combination of seasoned experience and innovative passion is hard to find. Atomic Labs has built a fantastic product and proven its value by signing-on our first dozen high-profile customers. We're thrilled to have Len helping us build upon that success to grow the company to the next level."

Mr. Emmick has a proven track record of success in building teams that have delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in business value. Prior to joining Atomic Labs, Mr. Emmick served as Chief Sales Officer at web analytics company iPerceptions. Under his guidance, the sales organization posted significant year-over-year revenue growth while expanding throughout North America and Europe.

"Companies large and small are struggling to find ways of providing better and more accurate data concerning how their customers interact with them across the digital medium," said Mr. Emmick. "Atomic Labs is a pioneer in the field of digital data capture, optimization and integration. Traditional web analytic solutions miss 15% or more of your actual website visitors, slow down your website as a result of required page tagging, impose hefty fees to access your data and do not provide visibility into your visitors once they leave your website. Atomic Labs unburdens the enterprise from these costly constraints and does so with a very simple solution which is easy to implement, easy to use and extremely cost effective. I am very excited to join the Atomic Labs' team during a time where all companies are struggling to deliver greater value across all their digital media for a lower total cost of ownership and with fewer vendor solutions. Atomic Labs in uniquely positioned to address this significant business need in the marketplace!"

Prior to iPerceptions, Mr. Emmick previously served as senior vice president of sales for mobile marketing and application platform provider Air2Web, where he was responsible for sales and sales operations personnel. While at Air2Web, he negotiated and coordinated domestic and multinational deals, successfully launched new products in new markets and delivered exponential growth during his tenure. Mr. Emmick has also held key sales and sales management roles at Infinium Software and Honeywell where he led and was recognized as a top performer every year during his employment. He holds a Bachelor degree in mathematics from the University of South Florida.
