The impetus of this partnership was a Datapak Services client request. The client was looking for a cost effective way to fulfill direct to consumer orders in Canada, while still retaining Datapak's order management and customer service that it offers. Datapak was vigilant in selecting a fulfillment provider with the capacity and capabilities to smoothly fulfill the orders from our clients' telemarketers and website. Working with a Canadian Fulfillment Company provides an excellent solution to this specific request as well as opening up an opportunity to provide additional services to Datapak clients moving forward.
Northland's fulfillment infrastructure seamlessly integrates with Datapak's Fulfillment Management Suite (DFMS). DFMS is comprised of Datapak's proprietary Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Banking and Reporting Systems. This integration of both platforms will provide a single point of contact for Datapak client's DRTV, e-Commerce and Retail fulfillment orders within the Canadian market.
