Enterprise customers realize they have to be better organized about how they manage their data if they’re going to compete – it’s as simple as that.

The Enterprise Data World 2013 Conference is proving to be the conference to attend in 2013 on Data Management. This five-day education-packed conference to be hosted in San Diego from April 28 to May 2, 2013 produced by DATAVERSITY™ and DAMA International, is already breaking records in levels of sponsorship and attendee registration.

Enterprise Data World will have more Sponsors and Exhibitors than in any previous year. The conference already boasts to be the largest vendor-neutral conference on Enterprise Data Management. Since “Data” has hit mainstream media and with the revolution of “Big Data,” more Enterprises are seeking to build solutions quickly in order to collect, manage, and analyze all the data readily available to them in order to make better business decisions.

In addition to record-breaking sponsorship levels, attendee registration is up more than 50% over the same time last year.

Tony Shaw, Founder and CEO of DATAVERSITY™ says, “Big Data is certainly driving lots of new activity, but we’re really seeing greater interest across the board, from governance and quality, to integrated information management, metadata and data architecture. Enterprise customers realize they have to be better organized about how they manage their data if they’re going to compete – it’s as simple as that.”
