The recent change will further strengthen the company and better position it for future growth, said David Daniel Ambrose.
MCR American is a subsidiary of pharmaceutical company, Nero Hi-tech. The company specializes in cough and cold products, its most well known products include: Maxiphen and Maxifed. In addition to those products, the company offers over 20 pharmaceutical items.
By MCR American reorganizing and working directly with medical professionals, patients will receive better medication prices, explained David Daniel Amborse.

MCR American was first founded in 1990, David Daniel Ambrose bought the firm in 1999 and relocated the company to Brooksville, FL, where it sits among other leading pharmaceutical companies.
Currently, MCR American is working on developing various AM/PM medications. In addition David Daniel Ambrose said the company is developing a new form of other cold-remedy alternatives.
“We are entering very exciting times,” said David Daniel Ambrose. “Not many pharmaceutical companies work directly with doctors, I think we are starting a new trend.”
