Ten years later, DCO Energy is equally proud to be handling the EPC of the new CHCP project breaks, as it will break new ground in clean energy for the gaming industry.
Mays Landing, NJ (PRWEB) October 5, 2010
DCO Energy LLC, based in Atlantic County, NJ, has signed an EPC agreement with ACB Energy Partners, to design and construct a state of the art CHCP (Combined Heating, Cooling and Power Project) at the Marina Thermal Facility in Atlantic City, NJ.
The CHCP will provide thermal energy in the form of hot water, chilled water, and electricity to Marina Energy's Marina Thermal Facility. The Marina Thermal Facility provides heating, cooling and electric services to the Borgata and Water Club Hotels/Casino in Atlantic City. This facility will truly be state of the art, with the latest, cleanest, most efficient technologies.
This project will reduce CO2 emissions by 16,000 tons per year - comparable to removing 3,000 cars from the road. This facility will be on-line, operational and delivering power by early 2011.
"The original Marina Thermal Facility was a groundbreaking clean energy facility when it began over a decade ago, and DCO was proud to develop it then," said Frank DiCola, President of DCO Energy. "Ten years later, DCO Energy is equally proud to be handling the EPC of the new CHCP project breaks, as it will break new ground in clean energy for the gaming industry."
