The law firm of Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant announces that disability attorneys Martina Brendel, Marie Casciari, and Richard Hu have joined its Chicago office.

Martina Brendel, Marie Casciari, and Richard Hu were made associates in 2011. Attorney Martina Brendel joined Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant as a law clerk in 2010. She became an associate attorney in 2011 after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law with a certificate in labor and employment law. Martina graduated from Columbia University in 2005 and Chicago-Kent College of Law, J.D. cum laude in 2011. Martina practices ERISA litigation, social security law, and employment law. She is admitted to the Chicago, Illinois, American, and Federal Bar Associations.

Attorney Marie Casciari joined Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant as a law clerk in August 2009. She became an associate attorney in November 2011. Marie graduated from Boston University in 2007 and Loyola University School of Law in 2011. Marie practices ERISA, employee benefits litigation, and social security disability. She is admitted to the American, Chicago, and Federal Bar Association.

Attorney Richard Y, Hu joined Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant as a law clerk in August 2011 and became an associate attorney in December 2011. He graduated from the Northwestern University School of Law with a J.D. in May 2011 and received a Bachelor's degrees in Classical Civilization and Political Science from Emory University in June 2006. Richard practices employee benefits, ERISA litigation, and social security.
