Online Emergency Response Course

KPA’s online Emergency Response course is based on regulations from several enforcement agencies including OSHA and EPA.

KPA’s online Emergency Response Course is designed with the goal to educate every worker to correctly respond in the event of five classes of emergencies. This revised course is required by OSHA and EPA, and it is required annually for every employee.

In the five emergency response areas, the course covers strategies for advanced preparation and reactions during the emergency. Elements in the course cover situations that are statistically more likely to occur in conditions at automotive businesses, offering a practical, easy-to-remember guide to emergency response.

“KPA’s online Emergency Response course is based on regulations from several enforcement agencies including OSHA and EPA, and it is customized for our clients.” Explained Peter Zaidel, product manager for KPA’s Environment & Safety services, “Our philosophy behind this Emergency Response course is to keep the content purely by the books, and make sure the examples are industry specific.” The overall effect is a memorable course designed to save lives in emergency situations.

OSHA’s Emergency Response regulations require that employers present training in a way which all affected employees can understand. To make compliance easier for small businesses with Spanish speaking employees, KPA also delivers a professionally translated Emergency Response course in neutral Latin-American Spanish. All employees who successfully complete this online course will be able to prepare for emergency situations at the workplace, and react appropriately in the event of an emergency.

The Emergency Response training courses are available to KPA clients through KPA’s online Environment & Safety system at http://www.mykpaonline.com.
