Dean Esposito’s management consulting practice, Esposito Group, has nearly a decade under its belt. The financial consulting practice recently hit the 10-year milestone.

Dean Esposito had been in the industry for 12 years prior to forming his consultancy, Esposito Group. When first setting out as an independent consultant, Dean Esposito applied the lessons and knowledge attained from rapidly growing startups and Fortune 500 companies to clients seeking similar expertise.

“My consulting practice performed numerous engagements,” said Dean Esposito, an independent consultant who has worked for various financial companies. “When providing management consulting services, my practice prides itself on being completely value-added to its clients,” said Dean Esposito.

Dean Esposito’s consulting firm, Esposito Group, provides management consulting services to Fortune 500s, early stage, and start-up companies in the financial industry. Recently the firm signed three new clients, all based in the Tri-state New York area.

Dean Esposito described the creation of Esposito Group as “a pursuit to help organizations provide better cost, service, and care to their clients.”

Today, financial organizations face many challenges, including strategy development, staying current in their pricing and business negotiations, entering new markets, and financial planning, explained Dean Esposito.

“Financial leaders must make calculated, educated decisions within a complex environment that can be clearly communicated to the organization’s stakeholders,” Dean Esposito said.
