The group is designed to provide a coach for each member of an organization’s management team while ensuring that the coaching each executive receives is consistent in its methodology, standards and practices.

All members of the Coaching Cadre have earned accreditation as Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) or Master Certified Coaches (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation. Each coach was thoroughly vetted by Denisoff Consulting Group and has demonstrated an excellence in the coaching discipline. In addition to the requisite hours of experience and training necessary to receive their credentials, the coaches were also required to have a minimum of five years of coaching experience, as well as actual corporate experience in a leadership role. Each of the coaches is well-versed in the 360-survey feedback process and a large variety of psychometric tools, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behavior (FIRO-B) instrument, and Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessments.
