Fay, who has more than 20 years of print production, procurement and marketing supply chain management experience, is responsible for enhancing WebbMason’s global supplier network and product assortment. Under Fay’s leadership, WebbMason will introduce new processes to rapidly identify, qualify and sign new partners and implement new technologies to create industry-leading efficiencies for the benefit of partners and customers. Prior to joining WebbMason, Fay was vice president of operations at InnerWorkings, a print and procurement company started by Groupon founder Eric Lefkofsky.
Fay was hired to strategically right-size WebbMason’s supplier base and help provide a broader assortment of goods and services to clients and users of MarketingBench™, WebbMason’s on-demand digital marketing management system. MarketingBench is used by medium-to-large enterprises to streamline the management, customization, and delivery of print materials, promotional items, and other branded marketing and business products.

Before that, he held several positions over a 12-year period with Gannett, rising to vice president of production with the Gannett Healthcare Group. Fay earned an MBA at the University of Maryland and lives in Baltimore.
