Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 10, 2011
Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, the Tech Center’s only AAA Four Diamond hotel, opened its doors for business in 1985, introducing the Mile High City to the signature service and quality associated with the Hyatt brand.
Today, 25 years later, the Denver, Colorado hotel is celebrating its anniversary by giving back to those that made the hotel such a success: its clients and guests. Beginning June 10 through June 12, 2011 and June 16 through June 19, 2011, the Denver Tech Center hotel will offer rooms for a historically low rate of $25, the same rate enjoyed by the hotel’s first patrons during the 1985 grand opening. The 25th Anniversary rate will be limited and based on availability. Reservations may be made online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/HRDTC25 or calling 800 233 1234 and asking for the G-6HYA rate.
“We are excited to commemorate the 25th Anniversary and celebrate the contributions all of our associates at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center have made to the community,” commented General Manager Scott Mason. “2011 has been a monumental year for our hotel. We have added an Executive Boardroom with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, upgraded our Centennial Penthouse meeting space, renovated and introduced the new coffee bistro, Perks, and completed the modernization of our guest elevators.”
As the first Hyatt in the Mile High City, Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center opened its doors on December 29, 1985 in the newly developed Denver Technological Center. Located just ten miles south of the city, the Tech Center is home to many world renowned companies, the area’s premier shopping at Park Meadows Mall Retail Resort, a wide variety of restaurants, and is just an hours drive from some of the best skiing in North America.
Denver’s first Hyatt Hotel celebrated its opening with a black-tie, invite-only grand opening event which was held in conjunction with a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital. The new hotel provided the Tech Center with a spacious, premier location for community events and group meetings, as well as a luxurious retreat for out-of-town guests or those just looking for a night away. “I take great pride in the fact that we have one charter associate and four other associates with over 20 years of service at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center,” says Mason.
