International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCQB: ICTL) a premier multi-channel distribution company utilizing highly profiled infomercial campaigns to market and brand exclusive products to international consumers, is announcing the following:

On April 14, 2012, at the Hong Kong ERA (Electronic Retailing Association) tradeshow, the Company’s International Sales Manager, Cynthia Ingua, wrote purchase orders totaling 31,680 DermaWand units for delivery by airfreight to our West European distributor who is currently airing the new DermaWand infomercial in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. While still in the initial stages, this project has the potential to become the Company’s largest single overseas outlet for the DermaWand. ICTV will continue to keep the stockholders fully apprised as this campaign progresses. To date, Ms. Ingua has booked orders totaling approximately $1.3 million in gross international DermaWand sales, which the Company plans to ship during the second quarter of 2012. This, combined with approximately $540,000 in DermaWand during the first quarter, all but assures the international division of a record sales year for 2012.

In addition, DermaWand sales in the US market continue to hold strong, despite the traditional down turn that comes in the direct response industry after daylight saving. Last week, the Company spent approximately $65,000 in media, achieving approximately a 3:1 media earnings ratio (MER), including web and Amazon.com sales. The Company also continues to add more customers each week to the highly profitable DermaVitál skin care auto ship program.

Finally, cameras roll on May 7, 8 and 9 on a new short form infomercial for the Company’s Glo-B’s project. Glo-B’s are a children’s plastic building block set that bends, shapes, cures, moves, glows in the dark and links into kids regular and popular building block sets. ICTV anticipates testing the new spot on children’s cable networks in June or July of this year
