Because Photo Christmas Cards have been seen to be more distinctive than traditional cards in their uniqueness, we wanted to create a line of Christmas cards that would be cherished as keepsakes.

Debby Sibert, President of Design Crafters states that, “Because Photo Christmas cards have been seen to be more distinctive than traditional cards in their uniqueness, we wanted to create a line of Christmas cards that would be cherished as keepsakes. So we created some 'one of a kind' designs. Our customers asked for more unique styles in order to be different, and we delivered."
Design Crafters has seen a substantial increase in the interest of Photo Christmas cards over the past decade. Because of all buzz centering around Photo cards, they commissioned their own design team to create unique Photo cards that can be found and purchased only through Design Crafters. That way, not only are they unique when printed with each individual clients photo, they are distinctive in that the bordered design on each Photo Christmas card is exclusive to Design Crafters making it truly a unique Christmas Card. "Many of our clients like to send something different,” says Debby, “and this gives them the opportunity to stand out as being a 'one of a kind' card and be personable at the same time.”
In years past, Photo Christmas Cards were seen more as a “family” type of Christmas Card. There still are plenty of personal orders being placed for Christmas photo cards, but Design Crafters has seen a rise in corporate America ordering photo cards as well. By doing so, they seem to be striving to connect on a more personal level with their clients. Design Crafters has seen many photos come in to be printed with the office staff dressed up in Christmas colors, many wearing Santa hats. Sometimes the employees might even be lined up outside their place of business arranged in such a way that they make up the shape of a Christmas tree. Some have been very creative in their attempts to send out a greeting to all their clients, customers and employees while keeping the message on a more personal level with the informal photo Christmas card.
Debby Sibert has continued to expand the selection of Christmas cards offered by Design Crafters every year since 1996 when taking her business online to serve the national community. Currently Design Crafters is offering over 1800 different selections of cards broken down into 50 different categories. Currently they have 180 photo Christmas cards. Eighteen of these are such that one would print their own photos and mount them on the beautifully framed cards; and 162 are the type in which one’s photo is printed right on the card. This seems to be the most popular. Some are flat and some are folded. Many sentiments are available or one can print their own custom verse.
