New Diabetes Medical Home Video Spotlights Improvements in Clinical Outcomes, Compliance and Resource Use
A new video created by the Healthcare Intelligence Network (HIN) demonstrates the benefits of the medical home approach for individuals with diabetes -- vastly improved clinical outcomes and patient compliance at a reduced cost.
