MediaSignage, Inc. (http://www.digitalsignage.com/) provider of entry-level and enterprise tools for the digital sign industry is currently seeking distributors in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Taiwan and Japan. These new markets represent areas of perceived and actual growth for the existing business and are areas where MediaSignage feels further resources should be implemented to assist in capturing more market share.

Potential distributors should have experience with digital signage hardware and software and preferably with the MediaSignage line of products including the mediaBOX and mediaDROID series of digital signage players and the company’s AWS-powered mediaHYBRID solution for large-scale digital signage project deployments. In addition, the ideal vendor would have expert sales and support teams to assist local purchases of the company’s hardware. The ideal vendor should also have a local presence with a command for both English and the local language.

“We’re looking to increase exposure for our solutions on a more global scale by introducing local distribution and support to backfill existing demand in emerging markets for digital signage," says MediaSignage President Nate Nead. “While we continue to grow at a steady pace domestically, we certainly feel there remains substantial missed opportunities in some very key markets for taking our free and open source digital signage to broader audience,” says Nead.

Plans for how the process and procedures will operate with various distributors will be discussed with individual candidates. Individual country tax, import and logistical circumstances will affect the nature of the relationship between MediaSignage and its distribution partners, but management is confident MediaSignage distributors will be able to successfully grow as the company works to take its solutions abroad.
