The quick and easy new videos show clients how to use the content management system that powers their Intergage websites.

It will be a huge benefit for clients who need help out of hours or cannot attend training sessions due to travel and time constraints.

The new online video tutorials enable clients to log in remotely to learn how to use the many features of the Intergage content management system.

There are at least four hours of help content available in a logical and easy to use video format. Clients can select specific and relevant topics from the main index.

Intergage will continue to provide unlimited free support via email and telephone for all its customers during office opening hours.

Online video training was made possible thanks to the Intergage Customer Service Team – Jim Perren, Corrie Sargent and Dawn Wooll – and Developer Andy Roberts, who created a bespoke video content management system.

The bespoke video content management system enables videos to be edited much faster and more easily than normal.

This tool has proven to be so effective that Intergage plans to offer this software to current and prospective clients, where they have a video editing requirement.

Intergage Technical Director Gareth Tansey said: “We have put an enormous amount of effort into creating these videos so that our customers can now access help whenever they need it, wherever they are.

“We are always focused on ensuring that our clients get the best customer service possible and that they know how to get the most out of their websites.”

Intergage currently runs 18 training courses covering all elements of web marketing and social media and plans to expand its online video training offering to cover these subjects as well.
