In “I’m Alive My Children are Dead—Or Are They?” (published by Balboa Press), author Di Gordon’s new biography, readers join Gordon on a journey of hope, love, survival, self-empowerment and healing.
After her children died in car accidents, Gordon fought to survive mentally and spiritually. This book takes readers on a mother’s journey, her journey, through crisis and darkness that ultimately ends with her living fully once again in the light of life. This is obtained when she discovers that her children are still “alive” in spirit. “They might be dead to this world, but they are alive as shinning lights in the evening sky,” she says.
An excerpt from the book:
“‘Children are God’s apostles sent forth day by day to preach love, hope and peace.’ (J.R. Lovell) Let everyone everywhere remember what a gift it is to have children. They are the world’s future.”
“My journey is a journey that, I hope, will inspire and uplift all who have lost a child or a loved one,” she says.
