Sauteed halibut becomes "Holy Halibut" after rock star chef Sam Mason concocts a delicious miso butterscotch sauce to satisfy the vegetarian taste buds of Holy Hail, the New York City quartet that on July 30 takes the stage on Dinner with the Band (http://www.dinnerwiththeband.tv), a popular new Internet TV show from ON Networks (http://www.onnetworks.com).

In the edgy "cooking show meets indie music concert," Dinner with the Band gives fans a personal, first-hand look into the lives of some of the industry's hippest up-and-coming bands. Brooklyn's Holy Hail performs their distinctive "gospel-hop-electro-country" sound, including a new song "Luck Will Find You," available exclusively on Dinner with the Band.

Mason provides an exquisite, yet simple meal that includes Holy Halibut served with an artichoke salad braised in whiskey with edamame and cilantro -- a sharp contrast to the band's favorite homemade meal of "TVP Pasta," or pasta made with textured vegetable protein.

The spirited quartet features the rapid-fire co-ed "rap" vocals of Cat Hartwell and Kevin Cooke, backed by Michally K.'s driving bass lines and Matt Cuttler's crisp backbeats. On Dinner with the Band, Holy Hail performs not only the new single "Luck Will Find You," but also "County Fair Part 2" and "Cool Town Rock."

"Holy Hail is a party-starting coed dance-pop quartet," says Time Out NY. "This band has a fun live show and a bunch of smart, thumping tunes to its credit."

Holy Hail follows previous Dinner with the Band guests that include hip hop mastermind El-P, indie rock band Pela, Canadian indie band Tokyo Police Club, and punk rockers Cities on Fire.
