L’École Culinaire Hosts Specialty Dinner Series At Presentation Room Restaurant

Renowned Chef Hutchinson and Chef Susie Judy present a dinner featuring a luxurious meal prepared by L’École’s top students

For one night only, L’École Culinaire’s distinguished faculty members Chef Hutchinson and Chef Susie Judy present a French cuisine inspired meal at the Presentation Room Restaurant at L’École Culinaire, 9807 South Forty Dr. L’École’s advanced students, led by Chef Hutchinson and Chef Susie, will prepare an original menu featuring specialty appetizers, entrees and desserts.

On May 17, at 6:30p.m., patrons can enjoy a spread of fresh ingredients that will satisfy even the finest palates. The finale of the meal is a dessert of chocolate friandise and artisanal cheese. Wine by the glass will also be available.

“Our students are taught the finest culinary techniques,” says James Grover, Campus Director at L’École Culinaire. “We are proud of the quality of food and service the Presentation Room Restaurant provides.”

The Presentation Room Restaurant is the final phase of L'École Culinaire’s culinary degree programs. Each semester, the restaurant in St. Louis allows student chefs to gain practical experience by creating new and distinctive menus and utilizing the skills taught at L'École to run the restaurant. The Presentation Room Restaurant allows students valuable opportunity to experiment by using a seasonal, rotating menu, prepared by using a broad selection of high-quality ingredients. All gratuity and other donations go toward the L'École Culinaire Student Fund, which aids students in need.
The Presentation Room Restaurant at L’Ecole Culinaire maintains a standard of dining that is second-to-none and is dedicated to providing guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.
