New York, NY (PRWEB) February 2, 2010
DiRAD Technologies has announced the launch of IVRWarehouse, a new division touting discount Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions. IVRWarehouse will offer dramatically discounted, custom turnkey IVR systems to businesses throughout the US.
The solutions are based on Microsoft’s SIP-based IVR engine with onboard speech recognition and text-to-speech. Applications are developed in .NET and are non-proprietary, accepting grammars developed for other speech engines such as Nuance®.
DiRAD is partnering with Dell to deliver IVR servers that leverage Dell’s onsite support capabilities.
John Michne, DiRAD Vice President and General Manager, points to the pricing comparison illustrated on the new IVRWarehouse website. “We can demonstrate a real savings of fifty to sixty thousand dollars for a 24-port system, but in terms of quality, you can’t tell the difference,” Michne said, referring to the cost of a typical Nuance®-based system versus an IVRWarehouse-designed system.
IVRWarehouse is offering to port customers’ Nuance applications to their platform at a discounted rate to attract new customers. “Those looking to jump will be pleasantly surprised with the difference in cost," Michne added.
