CPGjobs and Diversity Search, Inc. will jointly sponsor the University of Phoenix (UOPX) and California Diversity Council (CADC) 2nd Annual Leadership Conference May 13-15, 2009 at The Hilton Costa Mesa and UOPX's Orange County campus.
Organizational practices and tools are promised once again for this year's conference, themed "DiversityFirst: Creating New Opportunities for California." Pre-conference summits, keynote addresses and more than 40 concurrent panel discussions and mini-workshops will cover topics that include women in leadership, generational diversity, Anglo males as diversity champions, corporate social responsibility, diversity in entertainment, and organizational development.
Featured speakers will be announced by the CADC within the next several days. Actress and advocate Gina Davis and Honorary CADC Chair Robert Birgeneau (Chancellor of the University of California, Berkeley) addressed the 2007 conference.
