DMV.us.org is going to do an independent review of their products and customer service system, the company announced today.
“We want to make sure that we are providing the best products and services we possibly can,” a company spokesman said. “The best way to do that is to have an in-depth review of what we are doing and where we can improve.”
The review will take several months and will focus on all parts of their operation, from their reports to customer service to management, he said.
“First off, we'll review our reports and see if we can make them better,” he said. “Some of our customers have said they've had problems understanding our reports, so we want to review ways to simplify them.”
After that, they will have their customer service staff review management practices to see if new policies can be put into place.
“Then we will have an independent company come in and review how our customer service agents are dealing with complaints,” he said. “Hopefully they will let us know what we can do to make the customer service experience even better.”
When the review is completed, the company expects to implement major changes in order to streamline their service.
“We are going to invest a great deal into this review, so we need to make sure that it leads to positive action,” he said.
