With the integrated Donor Outreach Suite we’ve improved communications and networking with our constituents, and provided them with self-service access for making gifts and pledges, registering for events and purchasing memberships.

The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) Foundation and Alumni Association recently completed the implementation of Agilon’s ONE donor information and Constituent Relationship Management system to provide better services to donors and improve staff efficiency. The implementation also included Agilon’s Business Financials – powered by Agresso.
SIUE began using Agilon’s Donor Outreach Suite including Constituent Connection online community, Events Management and Rel@y Email Delivery System with its legacy system last fall, so donors, alumni and staff could immediately begin using the new online resources.
Today the tools are fully integrated with Agilon’s ONE CRM system saving time and money previously spent on managing separate data systems. Agilon’s ONE has also improved services for SIUE donors by giving them the ability to view their full giving impact and print tax receipts directly online.
SIUE selected Agilon as the best solution for its particularly complex data needs and Agilon’s knowledgeable conversion staff. “Agilon’s technology gives our fundraisers the tools they need to be successful.” said Patrick Hundley, CEO of the SIUE Foundation. “With the integrated Donor Outreach Suite we’ve improved communications and networking with our constituents, and provided them with self-service access for making gifts and pledges, registering for events and purchasing memberships.”
“SIUE realized the benefits of a phased implementation plan,” said David Best, President and CEO of Agilon. “By implementing the Donor Outreach Suite first, SIUE donors, alumni and staff were able to immediately benefit from the new tools. There are many advantages to a phased implementation, and we work closely with each of our clients to create an implementation plan that works best for them and their unique situation.”
