Once a store opens, our ability to maintain customer excitement and foot traffic is highly dependent on the talent, knowledge and dedication of our local management and staff. We are very excited about the appointment of new managers at our Dana Park, Park City and Rock Springs stores and believe their dedication and drive will help us to further our success.
Salt Lake City (Vocus) October 19, 2010
High-style, low-price retailer DownEast Outfitters has announced the hiring of three new managers to oversee stores in Utah, Arizona and Wyoming. The retailer experienced significant growth throughout 2010 including expansion into several new Western U.S. states.
“Our success as a retail brand, particularly the new store openings and growth we’ve had since early 2010, is driven entirely by customer demand for our guilt-free shopping experience,” said Rich Israelsen, chief operating officer for DownEast. “Once a store opens, our ability to maintain customer excitement and foot traffic is highly dependent on the talent, knowledge and dedication of our local management and staff. We are very excited about the appointment of new managers at our Dana Park, Park City and Rock Springs stores and believe their dedication and drive will help us to further our success.”
The newly announced managers include:
- Tina Sjoberg, who manages the Dana Park store in Mesa, Arizona. Sjoberg previously worked at Nine West and The Children’s Place.
- Kelsey Deluca, who manages DownEast’s first store in Wyoming at the White Mountain Mall in Rock Springs and previously worked at Old Navy.
- Sara Gonzales, who manages the Tanger Outlets location in Park City, Utah. Gonzales previously spent six years at Nordstrom working in management, sales and as a fashion board leader.
