Wedding planning should be centered around the joy and the love that brought the couple together, not the stress that often accompanies the experience.

Ringuette sat down with CT Perspective Host Jim Masters on March 26, 2012 where she mentions how long an average wedding can take to plan, and highlights the benefits and advantages of working with a wedding planner. She points out that the wedding planning process “should be centered around the joy and the love that brought the couple together” and not the stress that often accompanies the experience. The show originally aired Sundays at 12 noon on NBC but can now be seen on Sundays at 11 a.m. on ABC channel 8. The video of the episode can be viewed here at You Tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qMJbl-V21dk.

According to Ringuette, wedding vendors also find that having a wedding planner involved makes their job much easier. “There’s a lot of pressure for our vendors, I think, to give the best value that they can give in this economy” and a wedding planner can help in acting as a buffer.

Down The Aisle, LLC is a wedding planning and design service which recently celebrated its 3-year anniversary. They are proud to offer customized packages and budget wedding planning services, even for the DIY bride. With her background in the long-term care field of healthcare, Ringuette points out in the interview that although it is a business, she does this because she truly wants to “help people” and draws on many years of experience of relationship building to “dissipate any tension that may arise” when one is planning their wedding.
