DRE, Inc., a premier surgical and medical equipment supplier, announces that the DRE Waveline Pro has been cleared by the FDA for distribution in the U.S. marketplace.
The dependable DRE Waveline Pro is a comprehensive multi-parameter patient monitor that measures basic parameters and is available with EtCO2 and anesthesia gas monitoring. The anesthesia gas analysis module fits directly into the primary monitor without the need for a separate add-on module — the unit is designed and positioned as a compact, comprehensive mobile package that costs a fraction of the price of comparable monitors.
The lightweight DRE Waveline Pro displays as many as eight colorful waveforms on a vivid 15” high resolution display. The affordable O.R. monitor measures multiple parameters, including ECG (three or five leads) with ST segment monitoring, respiration, dual temperature, SpO2 and NIBP.
Hospitals and surgery centers can choose the DRE Waveline Pro in configurations that measure EtCO2, dual-channel IBP and anesthetic agents (five agents, N2O, FiO2 and EtCO2). It is also available with a built-in thermal printer.
Additional features include:
The DRE Waveline Pro seamlessly integrates with the DRE Envoy TS, a telemetry system that monitors up to 16 patients from the central station. The DRE Envoy TS telemetry monitor also utilizes portable transmitters for mobile ECG monitoring throughout a surgery center or hospital ward.
In addition to the DRE Waveline Pro, DRE offers the DRE Maxx Luxx 3, a highly efficient surgery lighting system that provides extremely cool outputs. The DRE Maxx Luxx 3 produces a lux output of over 100,000 with a 39-watt H.I.D. bulb, and features wide range mechanical dimming, a 4,300° K color temperature and a 6.5-inch to 9-inch adjustable pattern.
DRE also offers the Penlon Prima SP2, an anesthesia system featuring a touchscreen ventilator, autoclavable absorber and accurate Penlon vaporizers. The Penlon Prima SP2 has advanced, easy-to-use features for maximum patient safety, and provides six ventilation modes — spontaneous, volume, pressure, pressure support, SIMV and SMMV.
The DRE Waveline Pro O.R. monitor with optional anesthesia gas monitoring is available now from DRE. Surgeons and physicians can learn more about DRE’s patient monitoring solutions, as well as other new and professionally refurbished medical products, by visiting http://www.dremed.com.
