Discussions with clients of the Virtual Career Consultant website led to the discovery that there were many issues many jobseekers shared when looking for their dream job and as a result of such discoveries the Virtual Career Consultant have added a full service job search service to their selection of services available.

The Virtual Career Consultant gave each participant a full job search consultation and discovered a variety of issues which could potentially lead to an unsuccessful job hunting experience.

From all of the job seekers who were consulted on their job search problems 74% stated that they felt overwhelmed by the whole process and how much work is involved in simply searching and applying for positions. 80% stated that they were continually made to feel unmotivated due to not receiving any replies or feedback in regards to their job applications. An additional 80% stated that they spent the majority of their time looking for a job whilst they were already at work which of course leads to a lower effort and attention to detail being put into each individual job application.

60% of those asked also stated that they applied to any job they felt was relevant even if it did not match the level of experience that the applicant had to offer. Many job seekers were applying to jobs which simply were not right for them which of course led to their lower success rates.

As a result The Virtual Career Consultant now offers the Full Service Job Search services which combats the typical problems jobseekers face through lack of time or not knowing what the recruiter is looking for in a resume and covering letter. The job search service has a choice of packages for each potential client in order to ensure that the service is open to an array of clients from across the country regardless of their job type or budget ranging from $99 to $299 with anywhere from 20 job applications being made to 100 job applications being made. Obviously the greater number of jobs that are applied to the higher chance of success but each job application is made with a high attention to detail. The client is updated and kept aware of the job openings and available applications throughout the process and any questions which the jobseeker may have about the process should be answered through the initial consultation.

In the weeks that the service has been available a significant level of success has been enjoyed by the clients which have already taken part.
