Membership expanded to include government agencies, suppliers, CROs and academics

(PRWEB) April 16, 2012 -- The Drug Safety Executive Council™ (DSEC™), a Cambridge Healthtech Associates™ (CHA™) online community focused on the development of better and safer medicines, today announced that it is expanding its membership in conjunction with the launch of a newly designed website.

To engage a wider audience in the drug safety space, DSEC is expanding beyond the traditional members from biotech and pharmaceutical companies by offering free membership to governmental agencies, academia, contract research organizations (CROs) and technology providers.

“The goal of DSEC has been to exchange information through webinars and face-to-face meetings among groups representing the membership,” said Dawn Van Dam, General Manager, Cambridge Healthtech Associates, “DSEC will build upon these core activities by introducing more content, holding discussion groups and forums and growing the membership.”
