The new Dry Cleaning Valet Service is specifically designed to save customers time. With free pickup and delivery, the goal of this bricks-and-mortar service is to ease the typical workday time constraints.
“You can get an app for just about anything,” said Champion Cleaners Owners David Whitehurst, “But there is no substitute for the time you spend driving those clothes to the dry cleaners. It’s something we decided to address.”
With the new Dry Cleaning Valet Service, pickup and delivery is scheduled for twice a week to ensure that it becomes part of a customer’s regular workday. The service also allows for either pickup or delivery on other days, or even pickup one day and return the next.
“It’s a pretty unique system,” Whitehurst explained. “Using our special VIP bags, customers place their dry cleaning in a predetermined place, typically at an area protected from the weather for pickup such as the front door or garage door. We take it, clean and return it to the same area. Typically a dry cleaning service would charge extra for this type of personalized service, but Whitehurst believes that would defeat the true benefit of a time-saving service.

Champion Cleaners doesn’t stop there. It extends the customer-focused dry-cleaning service in a number of other areas:
- Items cleaned again if total satisfaction not achieved. Champion Cleaners will clean an item, free of charge, it a customer is not satisfied with the initial dry cleaning.
- Businesses welcome. Businesses can offer the service as a perk for their employees, and Champion Cleaners will deliver garments to the organization’s location.
- One-way service. If customers want to personally drop-off or pickup their clothes, Champion Cleaners allows for drop-off at their three dry cleaning centers where all work is done on site:
