Most recently, Ms. Palm served as President & General Manager of Dove Chocolate Discoveries where she created and launched the first new direct selling business in the confectionary category for $30 billion parent company, Mars Inc. During her leadership she established overall vision, strategic direction, financial and operational plans and developed the product and brand positioning strategy responsible for delivering a CAGR of over 82%.
