DUNMORE Corporation announces that it has become a member of the North American Security Products Organization (NASPO). NASPO is a non-profit member-supported organization that focuses on all aspects of security standards from definition to management and training of government organizations. NASPO certifies that providers of security documents, labels, cards, packaging, materials and technology, operate under an agreed-upon set of operational standards and security protocols. DUNMORE engineers and manufactures tamper evident security films to support product security and protect brand identity.
Tamper evident films made by DUNMORE allow for the immediate identification of tampering when an attempt is made to remove a label from a substrate. These security films are ideal for use in pharmaceutical, law enforcement, document security and electronic labeling applications. DUNMORE security films utilize DUN-GUARD™, a selective-release film that separates or destructs to leave evidence of tampering, typically displaying the word "void" when tampered with. However, custom designs, such as a corporate logo or geometric patterns, can also be applied to the material.
“DUNMORE is proud to join and work with NASPO on product security and protecting brand integrity,” said DUNMORE Marketing Manager Steve Young. “DUNMORE has been a leading provider of security films and tapes along with tamper evident labels for over twenty-five years, so this is a natural collaboration.”
