The new Express Burn application provides users the option of burning video to DVD in widescreen or standard format and also the choice of burning for PAL or NTSC systems.
Canberra, Australia (PRWEB) August 9, 2007
NCH Swift Sound Software, specialists in audio, video and business applications, announce the release of Express Burn v 4.0.
"Since we moved in to developing software applications for video, including surveillance and streaming video servers, it has been a priority for us to update our burning application to support this growing range of programs," said Stephanie Lee, marketing manager of the Australian company. "The new Express Burn application provides users the option of burning video to DVD in widescreen or standard format and also the choice of burning for PAL or NTSC systems."
Express Burn Plus is the licensed version of Express Burn which is NCH Swift Sound's freeware CD burning application. Along with the new DVD authoring feature the licensed version can burn HD-DVD and Blu-ray data discs.
"Even with the growing range of features that are added to the application over time, including multi session recording for the free CD burning version, we have kept the pricing model the same and have not travelled down the path of our competitors who bundle a burning application with other software," said Stephanie. "This makes for a tiny download footprint (360kb) and allows customers to choose what other components they need from our range of software programs. We have found that this suits business and government entities who want to restrict the space and functions on company computers."
NCH Swift Sound is a leader in business audio technology. Since 1993 the software development team has released more than 40 Windows, Mac, Linux, Palm and Pocket PC applications which are now leaders in their classes and have been awarded for software excellence.
