Clarence, New York-Based Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Foundation Elects New Officers

The Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Foundation elected officers for 2006 – 2007. The Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Club created the Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Foundation as a 501 (c) (3) corporation in 1999. The Club provides support to not-for-profit and community organizations through this Foundation.

(PRWEB) October 5, 2006 -- The Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Foundation elected officers for 2006 – 2007. The new officers are:

 
  • Greg Tramont – President
  • Jim Maloney – Vice President
  • Mike Angelucci – Treasurer
  • Paul McAfee – Secretary
  • Gary Talboys – Director

The Foundation appointed James Dry as a financial advisor.
The Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Club created the Foundation as a 501 (c) (3) corporation in 1999. The Club provides support to not-for-profit and community organizations through this Foundation.

The Eastern Hills Sunrise Rotary Foundation has supported numerous area organizations. The Foundation concentrates on assistance to organizations that help children. Supported organizations include:

 
  • Prader-Willi Syndrome Association
  • People Inc. Respite House
  • Summit Educational Resources and Crisis Services
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Sisters Hospital Neonatal Care Unit
  • Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center
  • Parents Anonymous of Buffalo and Erie County
  • Child Advocacy of Buffalo
  • Skating Assoc. for the Blind and Handicapped (SABAH)
  • Ronald McDonald House
  • Meals on Wheels, Akron and Clarence
  • Smoke Detector Program for Clarence Kindergarten Children
  • Clarence Town Park Playgrounds

Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps build goodwill and peace in the world. Approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 32,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas.
