E.A.G. Services Names Intara Umpuch New President

Houston-based E.A.G. Services (EAG), a premier business and software consulting firm for the E&P, midstream and energy services industries, announced today that Intara Umpuch has been promoted to President. Most recently Mr. Umpuch served as Director of Consulting Operations for EAG.

Mr. Umpuch has over 14 years of consulting experience ranging from custom application development and ERP systems implementation to strategic process improvement programs. His industry experience is predominantly in the energy industry, but also includes work in the retail and government sectors. Mr. Umpuch also brings entrepreneurial skills and experiences having founded and operated a successful IT consulting services practice from 2001-2007. He began his consulting career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in 1994.

Mr. Umpuch earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a focus on project management from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994.
