Earth Day gives us all an opportunity to pause and consider the impact we each have on the environment.

TisBest Philanthropy is encouraging recipients of TisBest Charity Gift Cards to support environmental charities in honor of Earth Day. TisBest is partnered with over 250 national charities, 30 of which focus on environmental concerns and can be supported using a charity gift card.

“Earth Day is very important to us here at TisBest Philanthropy,” said Jon Siegel, TisBest Executive Director. “A significant percentage of our charity partners work in the areas of environmental education, awareness and conservation. We know they are doing good and necessary work for our planet, and we are eager to see recipients of TisBest Charity Gift Cards pledging their support of this work by using their charity gift cards to donate to these charities.”

Founded in 2007, TisBest Philanthropy entered the gift market with a desire to make donation gifts an easier and more personalized gift option. Now partnered with over 250 national charities and dozens of locally-based organizations, TisBest Charity Gift Card recipients can browse through 17 different interest groups, including Environmental, to find an organization they’d like to support with their charity gift card.

“We hope that gift card purchasers and gift card spenders will find many occasions to celebrate events in their lives with TisBest Charity Gift Cards,” said Siegel. “Earth Day gives us all an opportunity to pause and consider the impact we each have on the environment, and to try to find ways to make a difference.”

Since the inception of TisBest Charity Gift Cards, gift card recipients have used their cards to donate more than $175,000 to environmental charities. TisBest Charity Gift Cards are offered in three eco-friendly options: email cards, print-at-home cards, and 100% recycled plastic gift cards. More information can be found at http://www.tisbest.org.
