The Bridges Golf Club is hosting an event called Winemaker’s Dinner on April 21. It will feature wines from the Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and have a four-course meal all for $70 per person, or $60 for Bridges members.
This four-course dinner begins with an appetizer of pan seared jumbo sea scallops paired with 2009 Fume Blanc wine, followed by a salad paired with 2008 Reserve Chardonnay. The main entrée includes sweet garlic marinated beef tenderloin with house made fresh gnocchi paired with 2006 Tresor Bordeaux blend, and closes with dessert, a flourless chocolate and hazelnut torte with vanilla anglaise, paired with 2009 El Dorado Noir.
