Choose an array of decadent Easter Holiday treats or pack an Easter goodie hamper for your loved ones at the Easter Shop, located at the Royal Towers, from 15 to 27 April, offering chocolate Easter eggs in all sizes, Easter bunnies, cakes, traditional hot cross buns and signature Easter cup cakes. These delectable delights are also available at Rostang from 1pm to 11pm.

To enjoy authentic Italian fare, Ronda Locatelli offers a Good Friday set menu, with poached green asparagus with Parmesan fried eggs, with main courses of Tortelloni pasta prawn courgettes and Veneto-style creamed stockfish polenta, finished with a traditional Italian Easter tart. The set menu is priced at AED 345 per person. For Easter Sunday, guests can also enjoy poached green asparagus with Parmesan fried eggs, with main courses of chicken liver pappardelle and char-grilled lamb rack with courgettes mint sauce, finished with a traditional Italian Easter tart. The set menu is priced at AED 320 per person.
Rostang will offer a buffet style brunch with chic French fare on Good Friday. This includes a salad station, oyster bar, a carving station serving Rosemary lamb and a selection of the finest cheese and fresh pastries. In addition, a selection of 5 main courses is offered to guests with a choice of Chicken Basques and crispy rice, Grilled Sirloin, Sauteed Fillet Hammour and more. The Rostang Good Friday brunch is priced at AED 395 per person including unlimited beverages. On Easter, a special 4 course dinner menu is served with traditional French offerings of poached eggs with green asparagus and foie gras copeaux as starters, followed by smoked salmon frivolite and the main course of confit lamb shoulders, finished by chocolate shell eggs filled with confit strawberry, white chocolate and dark chocolate mousse. Priced at AED 295 per person for food only and AED 395 per person for food and selected beverages.
At Seafire, the modern steakhouse at Atlantis, guests can enjoy a delicious Good Friday offering of a set menu consisting of Red Snapper Escabeche with confit lemon and herb salad, grilled Swordfish with Provencal vegetables and Mango Pavlova topped with chocolate ice cream, priced at AED 295 per person. While on Easter Sunday, guests can enjoy a dinner menu consisting of a confit lamb belly, roast spring lamb with fondant potato and glazed vegetables and a sweet Easter pie, flavoured with cinnamon and coffee with toasted almonds, priced at AED 295 per person.
For an Arabic Easter lunch offering, Levantine will serve a variety of hot and cold mezzeh, with a main course of roast chicken with green wheat served with yoghurt, accompanied with an assortment of mixed grills of lamb kebab, shish taouk and kofta kebab, finished off with assorted Arabic sweets and seasonal fruits. This set menu is priced at AED 180 per person.
For those inclined to a fusion of Asian specialities, the Easter brunch at Saffron on 22 April from 12.30pm to 4.00pm serves up over 200 varieties of international cuisines focusing on the freshest ingredients, with an accent on Asian favourites. While enjoying your brunch, entertainment will be served up by our resident DJ and magician who has more than a few tricks up his sleeve! The brunch is priced at AED 395 per person (inclusive of unlimited selected beverages). Kaleidoscope will offer an Easter buffet lunch on Good Friday and Easter Sunday priced at AED 195 (inclusive of soft drinks). Kaleidoscope features a primarily Mediterranean menu with North African and Indian speciality dishes. An inviting environment that is perfect for families with fresh delicacies from pizza and pastas to indigenous curries and tandoors.
Prefer to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea breeze? Enjoy Easter Sunday from 12pm to 5pm at Nasimi Beach’s Bubble Q, a barbeque lunch that includes a 3 course meal with a selection of salads, barbequed meat and seafood with side dishes priced at AED 175 per person for food only and AED 295 per person for food and selected beverages. Kids can enjoy themselves too when they discover their creativity at the egg colouring stations.
Kids will be spoilt for choice with the many Easter 2011 activities that the resort has to offer.
