While our classes can teach even the most seasoned professionals something new, we strive to equip the every-day chef with the skills, recipes and confidence to prepare a delicious dish.

L’Ecole Culinaire Academy announces a new selection of one-day classes tailored to fit the culinary needs of amateur chefs during the spring season. Participants will develop cooking skills while learning recipes for brunch, dessert and everything in-between, in the industry-current kitchen at L’Ecole Culinaire Academy, 9200 Olive Boulevard, Suite 108.
April starts with three Easter-themed classes, each offering a different niche. For $75 on April 3, food enthusiasts can take the Easter brunch class and learn recipes for an entire party, or to contribute to someone else’s. Other classes include marshmallow confections for $75 on April 4 and Easter desserts for $100 on April 5.
A class geared toward preparing the perfect Mother’s Day brunch is also available on April 26 and May 4 for $45.
“Cooking should be fun and rewarding for everyone, especially when cooking for group gatherings and holidays,” said Chef Matthew Borchardt, director of L’Ecole Culinaire Academy. “While our classes can teach even the most seasoned professionals something new, we strive to equip the every-day chef with the skills, recipes and confidence to prepare a delicious dish.”
Spring is the time of year when local markets open with fresh fruits and vegetables. To celebrate, the chef instructors at L’Ecole Culinaire Academy will teach a variety of classes like spring salads, vegetarian cooking and healthy cooking. Classes range in price and are offered throughout April.
