Multi-tasking mom, Kelly Lester, has found a way to prevent waste, reduce stress, promote good nutrition, and help save the planet…and she’s able to accomplish all of that before her morning coffee. With her newly launched website, http://www.Easylunchboxes.com, Kelly is introducing her innovative lunchbox system which helps families quickly pack healthy lunches without wasting time, paper or plastic.

“I was like other frustrated moms - I didn't like throwing together lunches during the morning rush,” says Kelly. "So much time was wasted sorting through a cabinet of mismatched food containers while trying to pack 15-25 well-balanced lunches per week. I struggled to find something that would help me pack lunches fast, without resorting to the ‘convenience’ of pre-packaged ‘fast-food.’ Most importantly, I wanted something eco-friendly and made of food-safe materials that I didn’t have to wash by hand.”

Kelly searched in stores and on the internet but found that every option was either impractical or expensive. Combining her self taught business-savvy with her creative organizational skills, she came up with the simple EasyLunchbox system: a three-compartment, easy-to-clean container with one lid, that fits perfectly into one roomy carrying case. "By eliminating the unnecessary multiple parts and accessories offered by other companies," says Kelly, "I'm able to offer The EasyLunchbox system at 1/3 the price of similar products, so it's very affordable. And it's also reusable, which helps save the environment."

This is the second venture for Kelly Lester, who sold her highly successful home accessories company three years ago to return to full-time singing and acting while raising her three daughters. “I didn’t expect to be going into business again so soon”, said Kelly, “but I’m passionate about saving time and doing things efficiently – I love the fact that my EasyLunchboxes will help make life easier for other families.”

Sold in a set of four, Easylunchbox food containers are made of non toxic, food safe, polypropylene (PP or plastic #5). They are BPA, PVC, and phthalate free. Safe for refrigerator, freezer, microwave, & dishwasher. Available in five colors, the EasyLunch carrying bags are vinyl free (PVC free) & lead free, with an FDA compliant PEVA lining. Both of these components have been FDA approved.
