Eastern Shore, DE (PRWEB) August 15, 2012
Estate Auctions, Inc. is pleased to offer a opportunity to own an original document featuring the famous signature of Declaration of Independence signer John Hancock. The document dates to the time period in which John Hancock finished college at the young age of 18 and worked for his Uncle's rum export company in 1755.
"This was so interesting to research. We learned about the evolution of one the most famous signatures known in the United States. Long before he signed the Declaration of Independence, he was signing other items, and as with most of us, his signature evolved and matured to its famous meticulous form through the years. We found a number of documented John Hancock signatures pre-Declaration of Independence and posted them in the auction for anyone to compare," says Norb Novocin, owner of Estate Auctions, Inc.
The opportunity to own an early piece such as this is rare and interest is increasing as the end of the auction draws near. The auction closes Monday, August 20th at approximately 10:00 PM EST. View the auction here.
