eCrypt Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:ECRY) reports that earlier this week it filed its restated financial statements with both the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”), and the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The Company is now current with all SEC and BCSC continuous disclosure requirements, and at present, there are no trade restrictions on eCrypt stock.
