eFaucets.com, the leading online retailer of faucets, sinks, fixtures and accessories for the kitchen and bath, has announced the expansion of its Customer Service Center. eImprovement.com, LLC, the parent company, announced that it has recently signed a lease for 10,000 sq ft of office space in the Johnson Financial Center to accommodate its significant growth over the last year.

“We have seen a significant increase in our online sales growth over the past year in our flagship store for home improvement products.” said Michael Fox, COO. “this has required the company to expand some of its operations, such as the call center, in order to meet the needs of its customers.”

“The call center handles customer service calls from all eImprovement.com Network Stores customers, including eFaucets.com,” Fox said. “This involves general customer service, maintenance of accounts, sales questions, live-chat support, returns and credits.”

Fox said that the additional space became available in their building and they quickly grabbed it when another tenant vacated. With the added space, the company now occupies two full floors of the building giving it the space to add staff and services.

“We were starting to hear some eFaucets complaints that our wait times were too long.” said Fox. “Our goal is to improve our customer service offering so we can WOW our customers and provide outstanding service. We want to eliminate any and all eFaucet complaints. We are a past Bizrate “Circle of Excellence” Gold Honoree and want to maintain that level of service.”

“We are recruiting for a variety of positions including customer service agents, pro sales reps, live chat agents and supervisory positions for day shift, night shifts and weekend shifts,” Fox said.
