I have tremendous confidence in Mike's ongoing ability to drive strategic prioritization, accountability and operational excellence as we move into the next phase and beyond.
RESTON, Va. (PRWEB) January 22, 2019
Electrosoft, a leading provider of diversified technology-based solutions and services to the federal government, announced today that it has promoted Mike Tillman to the position of Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2019. In this role, Tillman will continue to provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to shepherd Electrosoft through the ambitious growth strategy articulated in the firm’s three-year strategic plan.
Tillman joined Electrosoft in April 2018 as Senior Vice President for Operations. He brought with him more than 25 years of executive-level leadership, operations and program management experience in federal contracting firms of every size. At Strategic Operations Consulting, ICF International, Dynamics Research Corporation and Impact Innovations Group, his efforts helped move the firms along aggressive growth trajectories. He’s been doing the same for Electrosoft since his appointment nine months ago.
Dr. Sarbari Gupta, president and CEO of Electrosoft, said, “When Mike joined the company, I felt his background leading operations in much larger organizations would be invaluable in supporting Electrosoft’s planned rapid growth. I was correct, and Mike has more than met my expectations. I have tremendous confidence in his ongoing ability to drive strategic prioritization, accountability and operational excellence as we move into the next phase and beyond.”
