Element Customer Care has entered into an agreement with CSG Systems to purchase the company's customer care and billing solutions that will enable Element to bring affordable, turnkey billing and customer service solutions to cable, internet and telephone operators with less than 10,000 subscribers.
Element has contracted with CSG to launch the following CSG products:
